• All prices mentioned on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Payments can be made through available online payment methods, UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
• Richa Saree Palace reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete customer information
• Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
