Exchange & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Missing items in the package

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (recommended for quick verification)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos and unboxing video

After approval:

  • The product must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Products should be unused and unwashed.
